1. Encryption Standards

All data transmitted to and from the EVEOAI platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3. Data at rest is secured using AES-256 encryption across all our cloud infrastructure.

2. Behavioral Data Handling

• Ephemeral Processing: Real-time behavioral video data (e.g., facial micro-expressions) is processed in memory and immediately discarded. Video feeds are never stored permanently unless explicitly opted-in by the user for historical tracking.
• Anonymization: When models are trained, all data is scrubbed of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to ensure absolute anonymity.

3. Access Controls

Internal access to production data is strictly limited to authorized personnel via zero-trust architecture. We enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and routine audits on all internal systems.

4. Compliance & Certifications

We operate in strict adherence to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India, and maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance.
