Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 2026

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all individual subscriptions and enterprise billing processed via the EVEOAI platform, managed entirely through Razorpay.

1. SaaS Subscription Cycles

EVEOAI operates under upfront monthly and annual billing cycles. When you subscribe, you are securing server processing compute for your AI behavioral coaching modules for that entire period.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • 7-Day Guarantee: For first-time individual (Pro/Premium) subscribers, if the behavioral models do not meet your expectations, you may request a 100% refund within the first 7 days of purchase.
  • Enterprise Deployments: Due to custom modeling and deployment structures, enterprise B2B and B2G contracts are strictly bound by their MSA (Master Service Agreement) and are non-refundable once the instance is live.
  • Subsequent Renewals: Monthly and annual renewals are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date via your billing dashboard.

3. Razorpay Processing

All approved refunds are initiated back through the Razorpay payment gateway to the original method of payment. Processing generally takes between 5-10 business days depending on your issuing bank.
