When you utilize our platform, we collect two primary forms of data:

• Account Data: Name, email address, payment history, and profile settings.
• Behavioral Telemetry: Anonymized interaction logs, vocal cadence patterns, simulated facial micro-expressions (processed dynamically without video retention), and textual analysis metrics during AI coaching sessions.

Usage of Data

Your behavioral telemetry is used exclusively to generate your personalized coaching reports, confidence scores, and to fine-tune our generative models. EVEOAI does not sell your data to third-party brokers, advertisers, or marketing agencies. Period.

User Rights

Under the DPDPA, you have the right to request access to your data, demand correction of inaccuracies, and explicitly request full deletion of all your behavioral history via your account dashboard.

Policy Changes

We may periodically update this policy. When significant changes occur, all registered enterprise and individual users will receive written alerts well in advance.
