By registering, assessing, or otherwise using the EVEOAI Platform, you agree to be bound by the robust ethical and legal standards laid out below by EVEOAI Private Limited.

1. Platform Mission & Limits

The EVEOAI behavioral intelligence platform is designed for professional development, communication enhancement, and institutional scale-profiling. It is not a diagnostic medical or psychological tool and should not be used in place of licensed professional medical care.

2. Ethical AI Usage

• No Deepfakes: Users are prohibited from using the platform's Generative AI models to clone voices or generate video likenesses of non-consenting individuals.
• B2G Transparency: All B2G and B2B deployments using the Micro-Expression Engine must operate under full consent of the individuals being analyzed per local laws.

3. Licensing

Your subscription grants you a non-transferable, revocable license to access the dashboards, AR/VR scenarios, and generated reports solely for intended use.

4. Indemnification

By utilizing EVEOAI to train your workforce, assess job candidates, or profile individuals, your enterprise agrees to indemnify EVEOAI Private Limited against any direct legal ramifications resulting from your unilateral corporate decisions based on the generated AI insights.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (IT Act 2000, DPDPA 2023). All legal disputes will be exclusively managed under the jurisdiction of the Gujarat High Court.
